Interior Obsessions: Old and New
Lately I've been obsessed with these onetime spaces decorated with modern furnishings. I honey the way the 2 eras sit comfortably side by side, each highlighting the great qualities of the other. Unfortunately, non all of us are able to live in ane of these astonishing classic spaces, so we need to detect a way to fuse former and new within our existing setup.
If you have a more modern space, or perhaps something a chip nondescript, instead of relying on the space to give you that vintage look, effort adding a piece or two of old furniture. Prepare in a sleek, modernistic kitchen, an one-time well-used subcontract table makes quite an bear on. Or try a heavily detailed dresser, maybe spruced up with a new glaze of pigment. If that feels like as well much, pick out some old accessories "" anything that will give you a bit of variety is adept. Just like nosotros want to pair sleek pieces with a fleck of texture, we don't want our spaces to read as a single note in terms of way and time frame. Information technology's time to unearth that old vase your grandmother gave you and give it a new life.
