A Beautiful Family Home Defined by Contrasts And Unusual Combinations
A 3 meter high, 125 square meter across space was transformed by KC Blueprint Studio into a gorgeous family home and we absolutely love the interior. The residence is situated in Taipei, Taiwan and one of the defining structural elements which immediately stands out is the steel girder which the designers chose to turn into an integral office of the new decor rather than endeavor to hide.

The interior design as a whole is both modern and natural, two styles that don't necessarily go together and which complement each other beautifully in this case. As a thing of fact, the unabridged interior of this identify is defined by a certain duality. What nosotros meant by that is that certain elements such as the walls, the flooring and the ceiling are very well differentiated in some cases and in other cases they extend and combine seamlessly.

In the living room, kitchen and dining expanse the ceiling is decorated with several arched sections which contrast with the polished floor and the walls. The ceiling also adds a lot of warmth to this expanse and the wood and the shapes contrast with the rugged exposed physical visible along the edges. There's a very interesting balance betwixt all these elements which is noticeable in other sections of this beautiful home. In the bedrooms the floor seamlessly extends to the walls which in plow extend to the ceiling, creating this very interesting and unexpected visual effect and also establishing continuity between the spaces. The most beautiful thing virtually this home every bit a whole is the fact that different styles coexist harmoniously and dissimilar materials and elements complement each other but also stand out independently.
